Three slices of brioche or gluten-free chia toast smeared with herbed aioli and topped with creamy
avocado slices, tempeh bacon, thinly sliced smoky tofu strips, cornmeal and fennel crusted
tomatoes, and lettuce. Served with your choice of herbed redskin home fries or house mixed baby
green salad in Doug’s signature dressing.

  • Croque Madame

We stuff golden brown, thick cut brioche with house-made shaved seitan ham and top it with
melted cashew Swiss, rich mornay sauce and Doug’s signature vegan egg. Served with your choice

  • Vegan Benedict

The one and only! Your choice of a gluten-free or sprouted grain English muffin topped with
cornmeal and fennel seed crusted tomatoes, herbed white wine and garlic spinach, smoky sprouted
tofu, runny soft poached vegan egg yolks, rich hollandaise sauce and fresh chives.

Denny’s has nothing on us! Your choice of sunny-side up or scrambled tofu eggs, crispy tempeh
bacon, toast, whipped cashew milk butter, two pancakes, pure maple syrup and home fries.

  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Waffles

Our waffles are studded with chocolate chips and topped with chunks of peanut butter fudge, pure
maple syrup, vanilla Tigernut milk ice cream and chocolate shavings.

  • It’s a Tall Stack Traditional | Cinnamon Bun

Our pancakes will make you flip! Made from red fife flour from Peterborough, our stacks are served
with a scoop of house-made whipped cashew milk butter, pure maple syrup, and two strips of crispy
bacon. Choose between our traditional recipe and cinnamon bun, which is dressed up with a
cinnamon sugar swirl and Doug’s signature Yoso cream cheese frosting.

  • Stuffed Berry Mascarpone French Toast

Two pieces of thick cut brioche are stuffed with strawberry compote and mascarpone cheese,
dipped in our eggy almond milk batter and seared until golden brown. Served with maple syrup,
tempeh bacon and your choice of herbed redskin home fries or house-mixed baby
green salad in Doug’s signature dressing.
